Operations

Overview

MAG is a high-margin, Tier 1 silver producer focused on advancing high-grade, district scale precious metals projects in the Americas.

Our flagship project at Juanicipio, Mexico (44%) is operated by the world’s largest primary silver producer, Fresnillo Plc (56%), and offers MAG both production and exploration opportunities within a globally renowned area for silver.

MAG’s strategy is to focus on assets within major mineralized belts, where strong geologic knowledge exists and there are structural underpinnings that enable us to pursue exploration and development opportunities.

In addition to further exploration at Juanicipio, where only 5% has been explored to date, our exploration portfolio includes assets at Deer Trail in Utah and Larder in Ontario. We intend to replicate our success at Juanicipio by capturing longer-term upside at Deer Trail and Larder that can support further value creation for shareholders.
