MAG Silver believes in and values the benefits that diversity can bring to its board of directors and our workplace. Diversity promotes the inclusion of different perspectives and ideas, mitigates against groupthink and ensures that MAG has the opportunity to benefit from all available talent. The promotion of a diverse Board and workplace makes prudent business sense and makes for better corporate governance, and the overall management of the Corporation. 

At MAG Silver, we care about the health and wellbeing of our people and promote diversity and inclusion in our corporate culture. As at September 30, 2019, 37.5% of MAG Silver’s total employees are female and 100% of MAG employees commute to work by foot, bike or bus.  We also encourage our employees to be life long learners through education, training, and professional development.
